Employee Spotlight: Axel Arenas

Meet Axel Arenas, our newest member of the Square Feet Photography & Floor Plans Ltd. team. Axel recently joined our company as a photographer, videographer, drone operator, RMS measurements specialist.

The reason why we’re featuring him on our blog this month is to showcase our appreciation for his efforts and dedication.

Axel was born and raised in Mexico, where his passion for photography began. His time as a resort photographer opened the doors to seeing life through a lens and he has not put the camera down since.

For the last twelve years, Axel has called Edmonton, Alberta home where he has expanded his knowledge in photography, videography, and drone photography.

Axel is easy-going, dedicated to his craft and his passion for photography comes through in his work. Since he joined our team a couple of months ago he learned a lot about RMS measurements and the real estate photography business. We found him to be very friendly, accommodating, hard-working, and a quick learner.

One recent incident stands out where we have been having an unusually busy beginning of the year. Axel stepped up and agreed to work a couple of weekends by taking on last-minute shoot requests. That’s how dependable Axel is and we are fortunate to have him on our team!!

In addition to being a valuable teammate, when he is not behind the lens, Axel enjoys spending time with his family exploring Alberta’s backyard and playing board games.
